Every part is produced on our fleet of industrial-grade Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (X1C) printers, giving us the precision and repeatability to handle a wide range of materials in-house not just standard plastics.

Tolerance Testing & Experience

Getting a custom part right isn't just about printing it, it's about knowing how it will actually fit and perform. We run tolerance testing on our prints to fine-tune dimensions for tight-fitting parts, press fits, threads and mechanical assemblies, so what arrives works first time rather than needing rework.
With 10+ years of 3D printing and design experience, we've produced everything from single custom parts to mass production runs of 1,000+ repeated parts — including work for healthtech and CNC products. Depending on design and material, we can hold tolerances within ±0.02mm.
