Returns and Refunds

Please be mindful our items are hand finished and sometimes may have a small mark or blemish, we are human after all. We do endeavour to give you the best possible items.

However, we do understand that the item may not be as you expected, if this is the case all we request is you contact us within 7 days of delivery and send the item back in a packaged unused state within 14 days of contacting us.

We will not accept any items that have clearly been used.

We will not accept items back that have been misused/damaged or used outside of their intended purpose.

Jewellery we will not accept back if they have been taken out of their box or worn.

This is due to our duty of care and hygene in the current pandemic.
